1. General provisions
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Business (hereinafter: General Terms) define the conditions and manner of providing physiotherapy services performed by REFF, Rehabilitacija in fizioterapija Feindler, Christian Aldo Feindler s.p., with its registered office at Gabrovica pri Črnem Kalu 34A, 6275 Črni Kal, as well as the rights and obligations between the company and its clients.
1.2 By using the services of REFF, Rehabilitacija in fizioterapija Feindler, Christian Aldo Feindler s.p., the client confirms that they are familiar with and agree to these General Terms.
2. Provision of services
2.1 REFF, Rehabilitacija in fizioterapija Feindler, Christian Aldo Feindler s.p. provides physiotherapy services in accordance with applicable professional standards and regulations.
2.2 Services are provided based on a prior agreement with the client regarding the appointment time and type of service.
2.3 The client must prepare for the physiotherapy service in accordance with the instructions provided by the company at the time the appointment is arranged.
3. Prices and payments
3.1 Service prices are determined in the valid price list of REFF, Rehabilitacija in fizioterapija Feindler, Christian Aldo Feindler s.p., which is available at the company’s registered office and on the website – PRICE LIST.
3.2 The company operates with cash, card and and bank transfers to its transaction account (TRR).
3.3 The client is obliged to pay for the service immediately after the service has been provided if paying in cash, or no later than the deadline stated on the issued invoice if paying via bank transfer to the TRR.
3.4 In the case of payment via bank transfer to the TRR, the client must indicate the invoice number received when arranging the service as the payment reference.
4. Gift vouchers
4.1 REFF, Rehabilitacija in fizioterapija Feindler, Christian Aldo Feindler s.p. issues and sells gift vouchers that may be used for physiotherapy services in accordance with the applicable Gift Voucher Policy.
4.2 The Gift Voucher Policy defines the conditions and manner of using gift vouchers and is available on the website of REFF, Rehabilitacija in fizioterapija Feindler, Christian Aldo Feindler s.p. and at the company’s registered office.
5. Liability and complaints
5.1 REFF, Rehabilitacija in fizioterapija Feindler, Christian Aldo Feindler s.p. is responsible for the professional and high-quality performance of services in accordance with professional standards.
5.2 The client must submit any complaints regarding the provided services to the company within 8 days from the date the service was performed.
6. Cancellation of services
6.1 The client has the right to cancel an agreed appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without additional charges.
6.2 If the client cancels the appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or fails to attend the service, REFF, Rehabilitacija in fizioterapija Feindler, Christian Aldo Feindler s.p. reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the agreed service value.
7. Personal data protection
7.1 REFF, Rehabilitacija in fizioterapija Feindler, Christian Aldo Feindler s.p. ensures the protection of clients’ personal data in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1).
7.2 Clients’ personal data are used exclusively for the purposes of service provision, administrative processing, and compliance with legal obligations, and are not disclosed to third parties without the client’s explicit consent, except in cases required by law.
7.3 The Privacy Policy and Personal Data Handling Policy are available on the official website of REFF, Rehabilitacija in fizioterapija Feindler, Christian Aldo Feindler s.p. – PRIVACY POLICY – and contain detailed information on the processing, storage, and protection of personal data, as well as on clients’ rights related to their personal data.
8. Final provisions
8.1 These General Terms are published on the website of REFF, Rehabilitacija in fizioterapija Feindler, Christian Aldo Feindler s.p. and are available at the company’s registered office.
8.2 REFF, Rehabilitacija in fizioterapija Feindler, Christian Aldo Feindler s.p. reserves the right to amend these General Terms. Any changes will be published on the website and shall enter into force on the date of publication.
8.3 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these General Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the District Court in Koper.
8.4 These General Terms enter into force on 27 December 2025 and remain valid until revoked or amended.
