How do I cancel an appointment?

Please notify us of your cancellation at least 24 hours in advance, as this will allow other waiting patients to be treated earlier. You can do this by writing to us at info@reff.si (info@reff.si)or calling 01 518 8205 or +386 69 871 700 .

Where is the entrance to the clinic?

Where can I park?

Free hourly parking is available in front of the nearby Mercator and opposite the roundabout in a public parking lot (you need to mark your arrival time, take a ticket or activate parking in the EASY PARK (https://easypark.si/sl)application).

Can I use a work order (Public health service referral - Delovni nalog) with you?

At REFF, Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Feindler, we operate exclusively on a self-pay basis ; work orders for physiotherapy cannot be used with us.
