MAITLAND CONCEPT
The Maitland concept is part of orthopedic manual physiotherapy, a specialization within physiotherapy. This form of therapy is primarily concerned with the targeted treatment and treatment of orthopedic problems – diseases of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. [1]
IASTM-ERGON
IASTM - Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation. The ERGON technique is an innovative therapeutic approach that combines static and dynamic soft tissue manipulation with specialized tools to treat neuromusculoskeletal pathologies. [2]

THERAPEUTIC EXERCISE
Therapeutic exercise involves movement prescribed to correct impairments, restore muscle and skeletal function, and maintain a state of well-being. The scientific evidence supporting the beneficial effects of exercise is overwhelming. The benefits of exercise far outweigh the risks for most adults. [3] [4]
