Acute and chronic pain is treated with various:
manual techniques - "Hands on" ( Maitland concept , IASTM-ERGON , FIDN , Nerve mobilization,...) and
"Hands off" - Individual exercise program , advice on physical activity and ergonomics.
1 / PREVENTION AND PREPARATION
PREVENTIVE treatment as a way to prevent injuries and pain .
AS PART OF PREPARATION, we offer pre-operative conditioning to achieve optimal readiness for surgery and subsequent rehabilitation.

As part of rehabilitation at the REFF clinic, we offer support in the EARLY and INTERMEDIATE PHASE of rehabilitation.
We use:

We strictly follow rehabilitation guidelines and protocols.
