Gift voucher usage policy
1. General provisions
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the issuance, sale, and use of gift vouchers of the company REFF, Rehabilitacija in fizioterapija Feindler, Christian Aldo Feindler s.p., with its registered office at Gabrovica pri Črnem Kalu 34A, 6275 Črni Kal, which provides physiotherapy services.
1.2 A gift voucher is a document that entitles the holder to use services in the value stated on the voucher, in accordance with the conditions set out in these terms and conditions.
2. Issuance and sale of gift vouchers
2.1 Gift vouchers are issued in paper or electronic form and have a stated nominal value.
2.2 Gift vouchers may be purchased directly from REFF, Rehabilitacija in fizioterapija Feindler, Christian Aldo Feindler s.p., either in person at the business premises or via email at vodstvo@reff.si.
2.3 Upon purchase of a gift voucher, the buyer receives an invoice, which serves as proof of purchase.
3. Validity of gift vouchers
3.1 Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
3.2 After the expiry date, the gift voucher can no longer be redeemed, and the holder is not entitled to a refund of the voucher’s value.
4. Redemption of gift vouchers
4.1 A gift voucher may be redeemed for any service offered by REFF, Rehabilitacija in fizioterapija Feindler, Christian Aldo Feindler s.p., unless otherwise specified on the voucher or in accompanying documentation.
4.2 A gift voucher may be used only once. If the value of the service is lower than the value of the voucher, the difference will not be refunded in cash or in any other form.
4.3 If the value of the service exceeds the value of the voucher, the holder must pay the difference.
4.4 A gift voucher is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services, except for the services provided by REFF, Rehabilitacija in fizioterapija Feindler, Christian Aldo Feindler s.p.
5. Transferability of gift vouchers
5.1 Gift vouchers are transferable to third parties, unless it is expressly stated on the voucher or in accompanying documentation that they are non-transferable.
6. Complaints and liability
6.1 Any complaints relating to gift vouchers must be submitted to REFF, Rehabilitacija in fizioterapija Feindler, Christian Aldo Feindler s.p. within 14 days of discovering the defect.
6.2 REFF, Rehabilitacija in fizioterapija Feindler, Christian Aldo Feindler s.p. is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
7. Final provisions
7.1 REFF, Rehabilitacija in fizioterapija Feindler, Christian Aldo Feindler s.p. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. All changes will be published on the company’s website and shall take effect on the date of publication.
7.2 These terms and conditions enter into force on 27 December 2025.
